How much does hibachi catering cost?

Adults (13+) are $60 per person, children (12 and under) are $30 per child, and ages 4 and under are free. There is a $600 minimum per event (may vary by location). Gratuity is not included in pricing.

What's included in hibachi catering?

Accepted Answer

Each guest receives a choice of 2 proteins (chicken, NY strip steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, or tofu), fried rice, hibachi vegetables, side salad, signature sauces (yum yum and ginger), and endless sake for guests 21+. Food portions are standard restaurant size per person.

How far will Top Hibachi travel?

Within 25 miles: Free. 26–50 miles: $50 flat fee. 51–100 miles: $100 flat fee. 101–150 miles: $150 flat fee. Beyond 150 miles: contact us for a custom quote. Distance is calculated from the chef's primary city to your service address.

Question 4

What do I need to provide for a hibachi party?

Accepted Answer

You must provide and set up: tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and cups. We bring the grill(s), all food, chef(s), and sake. An outdoor or covered space is needed (68.3 inches L x 27.5 inches W x 41.3 inches H for the grill). Indoor is possible with 10+ ft ceilings and proper ventilation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my hibachi booking?

We require at least 72 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduled parties. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in a 30% fee of the full invoice (or forfeiture of the deposit, whichever applies). Same-day cancellations are charged the full balance. All orders are final within 72 hours of your event. At this point we have begun extensive preparation and cancellations are no longer accepted. In most cases, your deposit can be applied to a future event if rescheduled outside the 72-hour window.

What happens if it rains on the day of my hibachi event?

Accepted Answer

If it rains, the customer must provide a covering such as a tent, patio, or awning for the chef and guests. The customer is responsible for cancelling due to inclement weather at least 72 hours before the event to avoid fees.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions for hibachi catering?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, dairy-free, halal, and kosher diets upon request. Our standard menu contains no nuts or sesame.

Can Top Hibachi cater large events like weddings or corporate parties?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! For 30+ guests, book two reservations for the same date/time to have two chefs. For 50+ guests, we offer buffet-style service. We're fully insured for small catered events and specialize in weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, and birthday celebrations.

How long does a hibachi party last?

Accepted Answer

Chef(s) arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time and cook for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The event cannot be delayed or extended as chefs may have a next event to attend.

Question 10

What protein upgrades are available?

Accepted Answer

Premium upgrades include Filet Mignon (+$5 per person), Lobster Tail (+$10 per person), and Ribeye (+$10 per person). You can also add Garlic Teriyaki Noodles (+$5) or Extra Fried Rice (+$5) per person.
